Something weaird happening - keyboard lag
I never experienced this before.
Today when I started playing GW my keyboard started lagging. Sometimes just 1 second lag, sometimes 15+ seconds.
It does happen often and is really annoying.
I tried second keyboard and then both refused to work, but I restarted my computer and now mine is working, however I am still experiencing keyboard lag.
Does anyone know what the heck is happening and how to fix it?

Only when playing GW, or is the keyboard is lagging in general? And how does it 'lag', press a key, and it takes it few seconds to get through?

Something wrong with your driver maybe? Right click on MY COMPUTER, go to properties, click hardware, device manager, and see if there are any yellow exclaimation points next to anything.

Did you back up guildwars and used the same data file (gw.dat) or did you do a clean install after you re-installed windows. If you kept the old dat file, try un-installing guildwars and re-installing.

get your PrtSc key unstuck
perhaps your motherboard is going to die...
also bios menu make sure that ummm keyboard option about typing is not restricted in anyway... maybe a friend wanted to screw with you and have it like limit keystrokes within a second... but... good luck.

It lags in general, not only when i play GW, and i noticed it doesnt lag in BIOS just when i enter windows.
Driver looks fine, and I tried uninstalling and then installing GW before i formatted, after formating i didnt reinstall again.
Eh... lets hope my motherboard wont die anytime soon....

I would also make sure you’re using the most current Microsoft “WHQL” drivers for your hardware, especially in the realm of video & network card / modem drivers and mother board drivers.
I would get the drivers from the vender sites directly (over windows update / manufacture site if it's a dell, hp, etc.)
This does sound like it's a driver problem or a hardware problem (seeing how you already formatted and re-installed windows).
